Zsófia Kishonti

Zsófia Kishonti is a seasoned HR professional with over twenty years of international experience specializing in organizational change and talent development. They graduated from the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE and have held key positions across various GE and ABB divisions, including Senior HR Business Partner roles and leading global HR integration efforts. Currently, Zsófia serves as the Global HRBP for the Marketing and Sales organization within ABB's Electrification business, focusing on fostering learning organizations where people and business thrive together.
