Cicely Hand

Cicely Hand is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and lending. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and Indirect Loan Officer at Anderson Brothers Bank since September 2017, Cicely is responsible for managing dealer/customer relationships and executing credit decisions. Previous roles include Sales Finance Manager at Stokes Honda North, and Business Development Specialist, Credit Quality Analyst, and Credit Underwriter Team Lead at American Credit Acceptance, where Cicely focused on developing lending relationships and conducting quality control audits. Early career positions included customer service and administrative roles in credit unions and a golf club. Cicely holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina Upstate and an Associate of Arts from Spartanburg Community College.
