Emma van Berkel

Emma van Berkel is currently a Projectleider/Community Manager at Abbi, where they are responsible for measuring and improving customer experiences using proactive data-driven chat technologies. Previously, they served as a Senior Community Manager at Scooperz from 2019 to 2022, managing webcare for prominent brands in the Benelux and overseeing quality control and training. Emma has also worked as a Research Expert at Markteffect, providing clients with insights from quantitative market research, and has held various roles in the event and hospitality sectors, including as a production intern at Talpa. Emma earned a Master of Science in Business Communication and Digital Media from Tilburg University.
