Phil Berry

Phil Berry is currently the Director of Preconstruction at both Layton Construction and Abbott Construction, with prior experience as a Project Manager at Layton Construction from 2006 to 2012. In this role, Phil managed significant healthcare construction projects, including the expansion of West Park Hospital and the construction of Portneuf Medical Center, which had budgets exceeding $100 million. Phil also held positions as a Project Engineer at Willbros and Project Manager at Magleby Construction. Phil earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah, completing their studies in 2005.
