Agathe Merle is a cybersecurity leader with a focus on threat management, cloud security, and risk mitigation. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity at Abbott, they lead enterprise-wide security initiatives and deliver tailored training to stakeholders. With a strong background in IT risk management, they excelled in managing global remediation programs and deploying security tools across over 100,000 assets. Agathe is also a passionate advocate for women in tech, dedicating themselves to mentoring early-career professionals and promoting inclusive leadership within the industry. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
