Aliaa Ashraf

Aliaa Ashraf has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in training and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Cluster Training Manager for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Africa Cluster at Abbott since September 2024, Aliaa has previously held positions such as Egypt Saudi Levant Training Manager and Egypt Training Manager at the same company. Earlier experiences include roles as Assistant General Manager overseeing HR functions and Medical Representative at Solvay Pharmaceuticals from October 2008 to December 2010, as well as a National Field Trainer at Abbott Laboratories from January 2011 to March 2013. Aliaa holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University, complemented by a high school certificate from Armenian Catholic Sister's School with a notable GPA.
