Allison Specht-Jaynes

Allison Specht-Jaynes is an experienced professional in the dairy sector, currently serving as a Senior Category Manager for Packaging Procurement at Abbott since June 2014. Previously, Allison held positions at Abbott including Development Manager for Ingredient Qualifications, where leadership was provided to project managers for new ingredient approvals, as well as Dairy Development Manager, executing strategies to enhance ingredient innovation. Prior experience includes roles at Leprino Foods as a Senior Dairy Economist, analyzing dairy markets and forecasting commodity prices, and as Dairy Economist at the American Farm Bureau Federation, conducting market and policy analysis. Additionally, legislative experience was gained as a Legislative Assistant for Agriculture, Energy, and Environment in the Office of Senator Mike DeWine.
