Ami Shah

Ami Shah is currently a Principal Clinical Evaluation Scientist at Abbott, specializing in the research and development of active implantable medical devices. With a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, they have significant experience in multidisciplinary biomedical engineering projects. Previously, Ami worked as a Clinical Evaluation Scientist at Abbott and as an Advanced Technologies Intern at Nevro, where they conducted vital research on novel therapies for chronic diseases. Their expertise includes the design, verification, and validation of medical devices, as well as extensive knowledge in human anatomy and physiology.
