Andy Payne

Andy Payne (MCIPD) is the Head of HR ADC UK at Abbott Laboratories, where they have held various roles since 2010, including Learning & Development Technical / Quality Manager and Business HR Manager. Prior to joining Abbott, Andy spent a decade at Barclays Bank in various positions. They are currently pursuing their MCIPD at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Andy also holds qualifications in Learning and Development from the same institution, awarded between 2010 and 2012.
