Anne Paredes

Anne Paredes is an experienced Human Resources Leader currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Australia and New Zealand, with a strong background in the health care, education, and disability services industries. Anne has held several key positions, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager at Abbott from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Anne was the Director of People, Performance & Service Integration at the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children from 2012 to 2017, contributing significantly to the organization’s mission of supporting individuals with sensory disabilities. Anne holds an Advanced Diploma in Business: Human Resources from Meadowbank TAFE, which was completed between 1998 and 2003.
