Archit Shastry

Archit Shastry has over 13 years of international experience in strategy, project management, operations, procurement, and engineering within the pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals industries in Europe and Asia. They began their career as a Management Trainee at LANXESS India and progressed through roles such as Lead Project Engineer and Project Manager in various organizations, including Abbott and Syngenta. Archit holds an MBA from IMD Business School, where they graduated with honors, as well as a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Currently, Archit is an Associate Director at Abbott, focusing on operations management and strategic initiatives.
