Barathi Sethuraman is the Divisional Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs, Structural Heart at Abbott, where they oversee the generation of clinical evidence and lead the design and execution of clinical trials for medical devices addressing heart issues. With over 23 years of experience, Barathi has played a vital role in numerous landmark clinical trials that have facilitated the advancement of life-changing technologies for patients globally. They earned a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. Barathi is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Statistical Association and Neythri, and enjoys group exercise, cooking, and learning German.
