Ben Ford has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and an extensive background in data analytics and software engineering. At Abbott, Ben contributed to the development of a meal tracking API using AI and participated in IT strategy and planning, including the creation of intake tools for AI adoption. Additionally, Ben served as an Associate Software Engineer, managing cloud resources in Azure and AWS, and previously worked as an Information Technology Summer Intern, where front-end and back-end components of an eCommerce webpage were implemented. Early experience includes a role as a Deep Water Lifeguard at Six Flags and a Technology Support Internship at Mundelein High School District 120, where Ben managed a help desk and provided technical support.
