Ben James

Ben James possesses extensive engineering experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as Sr. Staff Engineer in Product Development at Abbott since January 2017. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Principal Hardware Design Engineer at St. Jude Medical, focusing on tachycardia and bradycardia leads development from July 2005 to January 2017. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Design Engineer at Ethicon Endo-Surgery and as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Project Manager at Cook Urological, Inc. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Wheaton College.
