Ben Rome

Ben Rome possesses extensive experience in operational leadership and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Site Director of Operations at Abbott since April 2018, Ben has held various roles including Senior Operations/Value Stream Manager and Value Stream Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Abbott, along with a Manufacturing Engineer role at Lexion Medical and multiple positions at MTI. Ben began the professional journey as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at MTI and participated in a FMP/CCM Co-op at Whirlpool Corporation. Ben holds an MBA from Southwest Minnesota State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
