Beth Heusinkveld

Beth Heusinkveld is an experienced professional with a robust background in supply chain management and category management. Currently serving as a Category Manager at Abbott since September 2025, Beth previously held roles at Winnebago as Senior Category Manager - Direct Material and Category Manager from August 2021 to October 2025. At Emerson, from June 2006 to July 2021, Beth was the Director of Global Supply Chain responsible for overseeing a $330M annual spend across 28 global manufacturing locations and achieved over $8M in annual savings. Additionally, as a Senior Commodity Manager, Beth managed global sourcing strategies for commodities with an annual purchase of approximately $26M. Earlier in the career, Beth worked at Starkey Hearing as the Risk & Collection Manager and Assistant Manager of Accounts Receivable. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a BS in Management & Human Resources from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
