Bing Yu

Bing Yu is currently a Senior Scientist at Abbott, a position held since September 2020, and also works as a Research Scientist at KaVo Kerr Group since December 2014, focusing on new product development and sustaining projects for professional dental impression materials. Prior to these roles, Bing Yu served as a Senior Research Scientist at Genentech from 2019 to September 2020 and worked as a Peptide Synthesis Chemist. Bing Yu's earlier experience includes a role as Chemist II at Biomimedica, leading the development of innovative adhesive bone cement and novel oxidation agents, as well as positions at Taizhou Chemical Engineering Institute and Guangzhou EP Environmental Engineering LTD. Bing Yu holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Zhejiang University.
