At Abbott, Brett served as Regional Sales Director, achieving 11 Presidents Club wins and developing two Territory Managers of the Year. As a Cardiac Surgery Territory Manager, responsibilities included managing relationships with heart surgeons for various cardiac surgery devices. At CR Bard, Brett excelled as a Regional Sales Manager, implementing talent selection strategies that transformed team performance from last to first place in just one year. Brett also played a pivotal role in launching the Lutonix Drug Coated Balloon as the West US Market Development Director, overseeing a substantial sales team across multiple states.
