Calvin Lee

Calvin Lee is a Director of R&D Operations at Abbott Nutrition R&D PA, where they focus on advancing food product development and material characterizations. Previously, they served as an academic lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic and Singapore Polytechnic, where they taught various subjects related to food science and supervised student research. Calvin has also held roles as a Senior Analytical Scientist and Head of Technical Center at Abbott, contributing to research in rheological and material characterization. They earned a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from the University of New South Wales, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
