Carol U. is an accomplished leader currently serving as the Director of Planning and Engineering Services at Abbott, where they oversee project engineering and portfolio management for Core Diagnostics. With a robust background in engineering and manufacturing, Carol has successfully held various managerial roles at Abbott, including directing global teams and managing significant capital projects. Prior to their tenure at Abbott, Carol gained valuable experience in engineering and project management at General Mills, Procter & Gamble, and The Dow Chemical Company. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Dayton, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and also earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Ohio State University.
