Clare Sollars

Clare Sollars has extensive experience in quality engineering and product development, currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Abbott since June 2019. In this role, Clare has conducted validation and revalidation testing for retort and aseptic operations while supporting FDA compliance and process authority through various initiatives, including new product introductions. Clare has also contributed to the development of programs for bridging gaps between product development and commercial applications and evaluated solutions to enhance the heat stability of whey protein concentrate. Prior positions include Operations Intern roles focused on safety procedures and quality assurance, alongside experience in global product research and development. Clare holds a degree in Food, Agriculture, and Biological Engineering from The Ohio State University and an Associate's degree from Southern State Community College.
