Courtney Cron is a Senior Project Manager at Abbott, where they lead data analytics projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Courtney served as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, focusing on process improvement projects and data analytics. They also held roles at Bath & Body Works as a Supply Chain Planner and at CoverMyMeds as a Workforce Coordinator, where they developed staffing processes for a rapidly growing customer service team. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
