Daniel Barrantes

Daniel Barrantes is a Senior Business Human Resources Manager at Abbott, where they lead the BHR process for Abbott Vascular Costa Rica since 2023. Previously, they served as Human Resources Director and HRBP at Philips for the Medical Devices site in Costa Rica from 2015 to 2023. Their career began at Panduit, where they held various HR roles from 2010 to 2013. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and Bachelor's and Associate’s degrees in Human Resources Management from Universidad Autónoma de Monterrey and Colegio Universitario de Alajuela, respectively.
