Daniel F. Booth

Daniel F. Booth is a Senior Scientist in Applied Research at Abbott, where they focus on innovating medical devices and digital health. They led the achievement of FDA approval for the AVEIR DR dual-chamber leadless pacemaker and developed machine learning algorithms to analyze patient data. Previously, Daniel held various engineering roles at Abbott and St. Jude Medical, and they completed a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, along with post-master's coursework in Welding Engineering at The Ohio State University. They have published multiple manuscripts and abstracts and have been a subject matter expert in leadless pacemaker technology.
