Daniel Shields has extensive experience in data and analytics across various leadership roles in notable organizations. At Abbott, from September 2017 to August 2022, Daniel served as Director of Data and Analytics, focusing on organizational alignment and leadership development, while also managing teams and budgets. Prior roles at Abbott included Senior Manager and Business Development Manager, where Daniel developed analytics talent and reported insights to senior leadership. Before joining Abbott, Daniel worked at Walmart from October 2008 to February 2016 in project management roles, optimizing supply chain innovations and leading replenishment projects to enhance inventory management.
