Darren Gaffney

Darren Gaffney is a Site Director at Abbott, where they have worked since 2018. Darren completed an MBA at Smurfit Business School, UCD, in 2007 and is a Chartered Engineer, certified by the Institute of Engineers Ireland. With extensive experience in engineering, operations, and site leadership within the regulated medical devices and pharmaceutical industries, Darren has managed significant projects and teams across various organizations, including GE, Stryker, and Wyeth. They bring expertise in business integration, process design, and compliance, combined with a strong background in project management from their early career in heavy engineering.
