David Daly is an R&D Manager with significant experience in infant nutrition and dairy development, gained through roles at Abbott Nutrition, Danone, and Food for Health Ireland. Currently at Abbott since 2015, they oversee scale-up trials and provide technical expertise to enhance processes and ingredients. Previously, David worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Teagasc, focusing on dairy outputs and industrial process optimization, and held a Project Specialist position at Danone, where they contributed to product enhancements and technology applications. David holds a PhD in Food Science and a BSc in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork.
