David Rickard

David Rickard is a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Abbott, where they have worked since 2024. With over 40 years of experience in injection tooling, David has previously held roles such as Tooling/Project Engineer at The Intec Group and Tool Room Manager at Sheaco Engineering. They also served as V.P. of Operations at JDI Mold and Tool, overseeing production and development of prototype tooling across various industries. David was the owner and V.P. of Omega Mold & Tool Inc., managing a mold building business for 12 years. They are currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Management at Oakton College.
