David Watson

David Watson is a seasoned security professional with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and security management. Currently serving as a Senior Security Program Manager at Abbott since February 2021, Watson previously held various significant roles within the U.S. Secret Service from 1996 to 2021, including Resident Agent in Charge, Assistant Special Agent in Charge, and Special Agent in the Technical Security Division and HAMMER Team. Additionally, Watson has served as a liaison to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at the U.S. Embassy and Consulates from 2006 to 2009, and began a law enforcement career as a Police Officer and Investigator with the East Aurora Police Department, followed by positions with the Oneonta Police Department and Otsego County Sheriff's Department. Watson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Hartwick College.
