Declan Dalton is currently the Divisional Operational Excellence Manager at Abbott Vascular, where they have been instrumental in establishing new products and processing areas while ensuring compliance with FDA requirements and Health and Safety regulations. With a solid background in multi-product pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, Declan previously served as a Business Excellence Manager within Abbott’s Structural Heart division. They began their career at Abbott Vascular in 2006, progressing through various supervisory roles and demonstrating a strong commitment to efficiency and productivity. Declan holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester, earned between 2002 and 2004.
