Derek Young

Derek Young is a CCDS/IBHRE certified Principal Clinical Specialist at Abbott in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division, where they promote company products through education and support to enhance sales performance. Previously, Derek held roles in procurement and clinical support at Shell Oil Company and Medtronic, respectively, and they were recognized for their leadership abilities during their service as a Military Officer in the U.S. Navy, where they managed teams and operational planning. Derek's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Studies from Texas A&M University.
