Dirim Arslan

Dirim Arslan possesses extensive experience in both academic research and management within the pharmaceutical field. As Manager of Service Experts at Abbott (January 2018 - December 2021), Dirim oversaw significant projects. Prior to this role, Dirim served as Senior Scientist III and Senior Scientist at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine (May 2013 - January 2017), and as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and NRSA Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Illinois at Chicago (January 2006 - April 2013), where research focused on novel therapies for ovarian cancer and securing grant funding. Dirim's academic contributions include developing high-throughput screening assays and providing key data for NIH/NCI grant applications. Dirim holds a PhD in Biopharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Halic Universitesi.
