Edwin Quiles

Edwin Quiles is the Director of Site Operations at Abbott, where they leverage their extensive background in mechanical engineering and quality assurance. They have held various leadership roles within Abbott, including Sr. Quality Assurance Manager and Director of Quality Assurance, since joining the company in 2020. Prior experiences include an R&D Engineering Internship at Procter & Gamble and a Reliability Engineering Co-Op at The Walt Disney Company. Edwin completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and earned a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University. Passionate about problem-solving and team development, they strive to be a change agent within their organization.
