Edwin Rivera

Edwin Rivera is a seasoned Senior Information Technology Program Manager with over 19 years of experience in managing complex IT programs and projects. Previously, they worked at Abbott, where they implemented revenue management solutions and supported commercial operations for global customer experience. Additionally, Edwin's earlier roles included positions at Aon and DHL, where they built a strong foundation in systems administration and IT support. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training through ASQ.
