Eimile Joyce

Eimile Joyce has extensive experience at Abbott since July 2015, progressing through multiple roles including Quality European Regional Manager, Quality Account Manager, Project Quality Manager, and Manufacturing Compliance Specialist. Key achievements include the development and implementation of an EHS compliance action tracker, leading the start-up of the Alinity I centralized European test lab, and initiating the Empower software implementation for HPLCs in the Analytical Lab. Eimile also contributed to a 5S rollout by creating a cross-functional team to benchmark practices at Abbott Vascular. Prior experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Medtronic, where lean manufacturing principles were applied to improve processing times for the Onyx stent. Eimile holds a degree from the University of Limerick, completed in 2015.
