Eric Galvez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Divisional IT Director for Quality and I&D and Special Projects at Abbott since January 2016, Eric specializes in managing relationships between Business departments and IT for the Established Pharmaceuticals Division in Latin America. Prior to Abbott, Eric held the position of Gerente Corporativo TI at CFR Pharmaceuticals and held various roles at Pesquera San José S.A. and Laboratorios Andrómaco, including Gerente de Tecnología y Procesos and Jefe Planificación de la Producción. Eric began their career as a consultant and project manager at firms such as Integral Consultores and QUAM Ingenieros Consultores S.A. Eric holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering with a focus on Computing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
