Eva Radlinski

Eva Radlinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analytics and operational excellence, currently serving as Director of Business Analytics at Abbott since June 2017. Eva has utilized strategic transformational expertise to enhance manufacturing processes and drive sustainable change across North America. Previously, Eva held the role of Senior Manager for the Hematology Franchise at Shire, overseeing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for a multi-million dollar portfolio. With a career at Abbott spanning from 2003 to 2015, Eva advanced through various managerial roles, focusing on operations planning, production management, and program leadership in S&OP initiatives. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
