Everett Alcos

Everett Alcos is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a robust background in cyber threat management and incident response. As the Director of the Cyber Threat Action Center at Abbott since September 2018, Everett has redefined the center's operations, establishing specialized teams and implementing MITRE Engage to enhance defensive capabilities. Previously, as a Senior Incident Response Analyst at Abbott, Everett founded and led the Threat Hunting team. Prior to Abbott, Everett served in the United States Marine Corps, managing defensive cyber operations and developing the Cyber Analysis Toolkit as a Cyber Security Analyst. With ongoing education from SANS Technology Institute, EC-Council, and CompTIA, as well as training from the Marine Corps Communication-Electronics School, Everett is committed to advancing cybersecurity practices.
