Farhan Ayub

Farhan Ayub, holding an MSc in Physics and an MBA in Finance, has accumulated extensive experience in validation and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. As a Validation Manager at Abbott from 2017 to 2021, Farhan led validation strategies to ensure compliance with global GMP standards while mentoring junior staff. Previously, Farhan held various positions at companies including PharmEvo and Genix Pharma, contributing to the development and execution of validation protocols and managing complex regulatory requirements. Farhan also served as a lecturer in Physics at Jamia Millia Govt. Degree College from 2007 to 2008, demonstrating a commitment to education and knowledge transfer.
