Francisco Ochoa

Francisco "Frank" Ochoa is currently the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering & Operations at Abbott, bringing over 33 years of experience in the medical device manufacturing industry. They have a strong background in various roles within operations and engineering, particularly in managing and operating manufacturing lines for medical devices. Frank possesses extensive knowledge in LEAN, 6-SIGMA, and DMAIC processes, as well as critical skills in process improvement and equipment qualifications. Prior to their role at Abbott, they held positions at companies such as Ballena Vista Farms and Guidant Corp, where they significantly contributed to process enhancements and operational efficiencies. Frank holds a degree in Business Administration from UC Riverside and a BA in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
