George Patay

George Patay possesses over four decades of experience in video editing and production, currently serving as a Contract Video Editor at Abbott since July 2017, focusing on C-Suite communications, product spotlighting, and training. As the Editor and Owner of Patay Post, Inc. since July 1997, George offers comprehensive video post-production services, including editing and color correction. Previous experience includes roles as a Freelance Editor for Tempo Communications on the "BigTen Tailgate" series and for Total Living Network as a story editor, as well as managerial positions in television production and audiovisual services at Advocate Health Care and Lutheran General Hospital. George holds a BS in Radio/Television/Film from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and studied Electronic Cinematography at the International Film & Television Workshops in Rockport, Maine.
