Henry Su

Henry Su is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in professional software development, particularly using C++. They have expertise in the analysis, design, development, and documentation of medical device applications, with strong skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and programming, particularly in embedded systems and multi-threaded programming. Previously, Henry developed software for Lasik surgery devices at Abbott Medical Optics from 2006 to 2012, and they spent a decade at Think Surgical, designing software for robotic surgical systems. Currently, they are engaged in medical device software development at Abbott, focusing on C/C++, Qt, and Linux, while also pursuing a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and DePaul University, respectively.
