HT Eow

HT Eow has extensive experience in leadership roles within the medical device and technology sectors. From October 2012 to June 2015, HT served as Vice President at B. Braun Medical, managing over 2000 employees across two factories focused on intravenous catheters, with responsibilities spanning environmental health and safety, quality management, production, and strategic growth initiatives. Additionally, HT held the position of General Manager overseeing medical device operations. Since July 2015, HT has been the Managing Director at Abbott, leading Cardiac Rhythm Management plant operations and managing a workforce of approximately 1000. Earlier in the career, HT worked at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2001, where roles included Test/Development Engineering Manager and Shift Manager, focusing on productivity and performance. HT also contributed as Board Secretary for the Association of Malaysia Medical Industries from June 2017 to June 2019. HT holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, obtained in 1993.
