Hubert Madrigal

Hubert Madrigal is a Senior Quality System and Compliance Engineer at Abbott Structural Heart, where they manage quality systems and compliance for the Costa Rica site. Hubert has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance from previous roles at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Hospira, and Abbott Vascular, where they implemented quality improvement initiatives and managed audits. They began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Firestone, later serving as a Quality Assurance Chief at Nestlé S.A. and Grupo Nación. Hubert holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica, earned from 1984 to 1989.
