Ivan Rojas

Ivan Rojas is a seasoned Operations and Engineering Senior Director with extensive experience in manufacturing within medical device OEMs, including companies like Abbott, Cardinal, and Baxter. Currently serving as the Section Lead for Manufacturing Engineering at Abbott, Ivan leads teams in ensuring strategic objectives are met. Previously, Ivan held various roles in senior management and engineering, notably overseeing significant project management and operational improvements across multiple organizations. Ivan holds an MBA with a major in Banking and Finance from the University of Costa Rica, and possesses certifications in APICS-CPIM and Six Sigma Quality Engineering.
