Ivy Amante is currently the Associate Director of Quality Complaint Intake for APAC and North America at Abbott Diagnostics Philippines, with a strong background in Transactional Quality Process Design and Implementation. With fourteen years of experience, Ivy has successfully managed large teams, developed structured quality processes, and led quality initiatives across multiple business lines. Notable achievements include establishing quality processes that increased audit coverage and led to significant performance improvements in various organizations. Ivy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Medicine from the University of the Philippines and continues to pursue education at St. Scholastica's College in Manila.
