Janine Kim

Janine Kim is a Senior User Experience Researcher with over seven years of experience in design, user, and customer research, currently working at Abbott in the Diabetes Care division to enhance the user experience of the Libre app. Janine previously held positions at Rachio, Microsoft, and Varian, where they led various research initiatives that improved usability and increased brand perception for digital products. Janine holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from UC Irvine. With a strong focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and participatory design, Janine is an impact-driven strategist passionate about storytelling in design.
