Jason Taylor is currently the Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Manager at Abbott, where they lead the continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma program activities at a Shingo Prize-winning facility. With over eighteen years of experience in operations, maintenance management, and process engineering, Jason has effectively driven cost savings of $15 million since joining Abbott in 2020. They have held various leadership roles at companies including Anheuser-Busch InBev and The Boston Beer Company, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence. Jason is also a published author of "The Power of the Positive," a self-help book on the benefits of a positive attitude. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
