Jeff Pennoyer, PhD, CSSBB, is a retired professional with over thirty-five years of experience in managing technical teams and improving diagnostic products at Abbott Diagnostics. With an extensive background in neuroscience and biochemistry, Jeff possesses expertise in immunoassay technologies across various clinical areas, including cancer and metabolic diseases. In addition to serving as a Master Black Belt, Jeff has mentored Black Belt candidates and trained personnel in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Jeff earned a PhD in Microbiology from Rutgers University and completed postdoctoral studies at Dartmouth College.
