Jenna Cramer

Jenna Cramer, PhD, is currently the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Abbott Nutrition, specializing in US Pediatric Nutrition. Previously, Jenna played key roles within Abbott, serving as a Project Manager and Sr. Regulatory Affairs Specialist, where they contributed to global innovations in infant and adult nutrition. Jenna also held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, coordinating courses in food regulation. Jenna earned a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition, along with a PhD in Nutrition with a focus on Epigenetics from the same institution.
